Welcome to the Alliance of CGIAR Center's knowledge repository and 'communication for consultation' on the transition to the new CGIAR. 

This site deals specifically with the information arising, and being generated from, the two elements of the transition that the Alliance has been directly responsible for leading - the creation of the Consortium of Centers and development of the Strategy and Results Framework (SRF) and the Mega Programs.  This site has provided a forum for providing feedback and comments on aspects of these elements as they have been developed.
 
The information contained in this site includes

  • a calendar of key meetings in 2009 - 2010
  • information on the design of the Consortium including the draft Consortium constitution and the work undertaken in Phase II of designing and establishing the Consortium
  • search, selection and appointment of the Consortium Board
  • information associated with the design and development of the Strategy and Results Framework and the Mega Programs

  • an archive of older messages and consultations
