Documentation for the development of the CGIAR Strategy and Mega Programs
The Strategy team made use of numerous existing documents produced both within and outside of the CGIAR. Below are the various workshops, reports, and documents used by the Strategy Committee which draws on much of this other work. As further analyses are received or updated, we will update this page and post the documents online.
Scientist Elicitation Draft Report: large-scale scientists survey, a survey of key opportunitites for international agricultural research. The draft report is an analysis of the questionnaire.
Progress Report #2 outlined the intellectual and conceptual framework developed by the Strategy team to guide the process of strategy development. This progress report was made available to the Alliance for dicussion at its May 2009 meeting.
Progress Report #3 was a revision of Progress Report #2, based on feedback from the Alliance. This progress report was sumbitted for ExCo's June meeting.
CGIAR Vision Report: A basis for the work of the Strategy Committee was provided by the report of the Working Group 1 (Visioning) to the Change Steering Committee adopted by the CGIAR in 2008.
