The Consortium Planning Team (CPT) was set up by the Alliance of CGIAR Centers in December 2008 to help manage the process of transforming from an Alliance into a Consortium. The CPT has been charged by the full Alliance to design a process for creating the Consortium and for designing the Strategy and Results Framework and the mega programs.
